I. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in NAITAS membership, events, and activities constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If a user does not agree, they must refrain from using NAITAS services
or participating in its events.
II. Membership and Participation
• Membership is open to duly registered travel agencies, tour operator, and tourism stakeholders in the Philippines.
• Members agree to uphold NAITAS values, ethical practices, and professional standards.
• NAITAS reserves the right to approve, suspend, or revoke membership based on compliance with association policies.
III. Event Participation
• Event participation is subject to registration and applicable fees.
• Participants must comply with event guidelines, booth regulations, and venue policies.
• NAITAS reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events for reasons beyond its control.
IV. Use of Content
All content on the NAITAS website, publications, and promotional materials such as logos, articles, and photographs—is the property of NAITAS unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized
use, reproduction, or distribution of such content is prohibited without prior written consent.
V. Limitation of Liability
NAITAS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use its website or services
• Unauthorized access to user data
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in information dissemination
• Acts of third parties or external partners
VI. Links to External Sites
NAITAS may include links to third-party websites for convenience. The association holds no responsibility for the content, security, or privacy practices of these external sites.
VII. Modifications
NAITAS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Continued participation or use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the
revised terms.
VIII. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
