After several years of being an Overseas Filipino Worker, Ms. Lyziel C. Hudierez has come to venture on a different area of career, a new yet challenging one. Coupled with ample travel experiences and the wits for entrepreneurship, she began setting up this travel agency with the help of her cousin who acted as a coach and mentor, and eventually has a substantial working experience in a travel agency herself. Accessworld began operations last June 10, 2010 and provided ticketing sales and travel packages initially to walk-in people in the city of Kabankalan. An opportunity existed and because the national tourism and travel industry is growing at 4%, and adventure travel at 10% annually. Further, the local travel market is growing at least 12% annually and there are no enough providers to cater in this area. Accessworld poised to take advantage of this growth and the lack of competition with an experienced staff, excellent location, and effective management and marketing. To date, it has a network of 13 sub-agents, mostly in the Negros Occidental region, and some in Manila and Cebu.
